Saddletree Ranch is a well established neighborhood nestled in the  gorgeous Texas Hill Country.  
With wide open spaces, family-friendly amenities and large houses, Saddletree Ranch is a perfect place to call home.

Saddletree Ranch is located on the Hays County – Travis County border at the intersection of Hamilton Pool Road and Ranch Road 12 in Dripping Springs. Saddletree Ranch is 35 minutes from Downtown Austin, 12 minutes from the shopping, restaurants and theaters of Bee Cave and 9 minutes from the quaint downtown of Dripping Springs. Built from the mid 1990s to mid 2000s, homes in Saddletree Ranch sit on 1-2 acre wooded lots with some having upwards of 4 acres.  These large homesteads can accommodate horses, making Saddletree ideal for someone who wants a country feel but easy access to the amenities of a modern lifestyle. Students who live in this neighborhood attend either of the exemplary Lake Travis  or Dripping Springs school districts.

ACC Reminder

A word for all property owners: an ACC review and Board approval of any plans to improve your property is a simple process and required before starting any construction. When in doubt, please ask! Applications can be downloaded here and emailed to the ACC Committee.

 The ACC meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month staring at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse. While attendance is not required, it is recommended to answer any questions the committee may have so your application can be recommended for Board approval. 

If no applications or communications have been received by Noon the day of the meeting, it will be canceled.

Safe Driving

There is now increased law enforcement presence in the neighborhood from Constable Hood’s team to address speeding and other nuisance issues we have been experiencing. The speed limit in Saddletree Ranch is 25mph to ensure that we have a safe environment for our kids and people who like to walk and bike throughout the community. Also, there are new fawns everywhere (one was born on my lawn yesterday). Please avoid a citation, drive carefully, and be courteous to your human and animal neighbors.

 

 
Nextdoor (Community Bulletin Board)

We recommend the Nextdoor website for getting excellent recommendations on any and all kinds of services from residents in the area. To join Nextdoor, click on www.nextdoor.com and then complete the registration during which you will need to enter your valid Saddletree Ranch street address so that the system can verify that it is indeed a Saddletree Ranch location.  When posting anything, you'll have the option of including nearby neighborhoods such as West Cave Estates, Deer Creek Estates, Madrone Ranch, Belvedere, Vistancia, and others for wider exposure to your post/question. Persons who do not live in these registered neighborhoods cannot access Nextdoor. It is also important to know that both the Hays and Travis County Sheriff's departments post crime and safety alerts to Nextdoor.  Joining Nextdoor will not result in you receiving spam.
